Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Pharma Solutions, the overarching role of the Director of Pharma Client Services is to ensure client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of Pharma client engagement. This will be accomplished by identifying opportunities for potential new clients, expanding foot-prints across existing clients and ensuring renewals with existing clients via increased quality engagement. The candidate will work closely with Business Development to identify and support new opportunity development, and with clients to socialize Navigating Cancer throughout their businesses via marketing and meaningful data analysis.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and clients for effective account management and to identify new opportunities and execute flawlessly on programs
  • Lead internal teams to deliver sales support analytics and content for Business Development 
  • Identify new opportunities via industry knowledge and competitive landscape
  • Work with Business Development to build Powerpoint, proposals and SOW's 
  • Create project timelines and manage milestones for execution of all partner programs, including understanding and executing on client processes to include contracting, billing, legal/regulatory, and other processes for program go live
  • Work with internal teams to build and maintain monthly reporting on all aspects of programs and report results to partners and senior management
  • Continually look to refine program reporting and to understand how to build ROI models for all programs, including a wrap up summary at the end of all programs to deliver to partner
  • Create mockups for legal and regulatory review for programs and then work through manufacturer processes to gain legal and regulatory approval
  • Be proactive and passionate about moving programs forward by your diligence in managing process and timeliness, and motivating others to take the steps to move programs forward
  •  Continue to look to improve processes and efficiency to scale our abilities to execute on more programs
  • Work effectively and communicate with sales team to understand pipeline and to communicate milestones of current programs
  • Keep projects, milestones, and next steps up-to-date in Salesforce / TaskRay
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least 5 years working in Client Service Roles supporting the bio-pharmaceutical industry
