As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will report to the HR Manager and will work with both the Finance and People Operations Teams to support business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll-related payments/queries, month-end reporting, compliance with regulations and the administration of benefits. You will be the main point of contact for payroll and third-party benefits administrators as it relates to payroll processing, timely tax payments, back-end benefits administration, and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for the completion of state registrations and license renewals as well as maintaining employer payroll accounts in various states.

As a Site Reliability Manager, you will report to the Director of Engineering, and you will be responsible for a team of Site Reliability Engineers. This is a hands-on manager role -- you will be directly involved in building out new projects and features, maintaining existing code bases, infrastructure, and monitoring systems, while managing a team. You will contribute to the creative process by helping to solve technical problems as well as problems that relate to growing people; this will include, challenging them to advance in their careers, grow in their knowledge and adoption of best practices, and increase their passion for our work. You will be involved in helping lead technical design conversations about how to scale our infrastructure and promote a devops culture within the larger engineering organization. As the Lead Generation and Acquisition Expert, you will report to the Director of Marketing. You will be responsible for maximizing conversions and exploring new avenues to pursue and acquire leads. You’ll be involved in ongoing performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving the quality/quantity of leads and conversion rates via testing, optimization, and measuring various key performance indicators based on numerous sources of data.
