Customer Success Managers possess the drive and desire to gain understanding, build relationships and identify opportunities with Construction clients of all sizes and needs in order to build a deep overall understanding of their customers. Develop an understanding of enterprise client infrastructures and assist in determining opportunities to implement scalable processes and ultimately driving efficiency gains within complex workflows and associated processes. Driven individuals with a strong desire to win, strong relationship building capabilities, both with clients and internally with coworkers is key to this role. Ranging from no client relationship to stepping into an existing relationship with the goals of building trust, candor and credibility enables this position be the customers advocate and trusted advisor. Regularly prioritizing multiple projects and deliverables on a daily basis, inter-departmental navigation between different teams to accomplish these requests is a normal part of this role. Partnering with the CSS and CSM teams, Regional Sales Managers and Directors as well as enterprise level account associations to assist in evaluating client roadmaps, including focus on identifying and establishing opportunities and assist in delivering the associated solutions in a meaningful and tactful way. The position provides our clients with white glove service, possess a strong sense of the collaboration, is extremely organized, and is capable of making the optimal decision and implementation for both the customer and EagleView.
